With a history that goes back to 2002, Turning Point Partners have been working to deliver successful career outcomes for individuals, and a measurable return on investment to our customers, for almost two decades.

Our philosophy is a simple one. We believe that successful transition outcomes require hard work and a solid partnership between Turning Point Partners as a provider, the employer and the impacted employee. We’re a wholly Australian owned company and are proud to have delivered our services across the country, with significant expertise in service delivery for regional and remote Australia. During that time, we have successfully transitioned more than 7500 people in a variety of manufacturing, banking, industrial, professional services, health, non-profit, mining, infrastructure, Government and commercial sectors.

Every transition journey tells an individual story, and that journey for anyone is a very personal one. We have remained true to the ‘high touch, high tech’ experience that we started with back in 2002. That means we take the time to find out what is important to an impacted individual and match them to a suitable career coach. Our coaching interactions are designed to be high touch so that everyone is afforded the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated career coach who gets to understand the drivers in both the personal and professional areas of our participants’ life. We also leverage the very latest in online technology platforms, providing our participants with the right amount of high tech learning and the ability to access contemporary career coaching content via our passport2success online portal.
